This website is owned and operated by Larry Tristano. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers invited users only to purchase tickets to Connect Wine Country private events (the Service). By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 21 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When paying the tickets, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The price (Registration Fee) we charge for attending Connect Wine Country is listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. What's Included
The Registration Fee covers a portion of the costs to host attendees for Connect Wine Country 2024. Attendees receive the following experiences: Welcome Reception, Dinner at The Matheson, Pairings Lunch at Amista Vineyards, and Cocktail Hour + Dinner at Lo & Behold.

Returns & Cancellations
Tickets are non-transferable and resales will not be honored. Please let us know immediately if you need to cancel. You may request a refund within 7 days of registration though, in all cases, no refunds of the Registration Fee will be made after April 25 due to signed contracts with the event venues. All third-party processing and service fees will be deducted from any refunded Registration Fee.

Right to Change Offerings & Limit of Liability
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We reserve the right to cancel Connect Wine Country without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason. In such case, attendees will be refunded the full Registration Fee. Larry Tristano is not responsible for any loss due to cancellation of lodging reservations, car rentals, flight reservations, or any other third-party reservations. Larry Tristano shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from participating in the events offered on this site, or the performance of these events.

Third-Party Services
Links to third-party services and lodging are provided for your convenience. If you choose to use such links to purchase goods or services, or reserve by phone utilizing any booking discounts secured for attendees of Connect Wine Country, Larry Tristano will not be party to such transactions. Please note that hotels have strict cancellation policies. Attendees are responsible for familiarizing themselves with cancellation policies for any services or or lodging, and canceling per such policies if needed, to ensure a refund.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
Connect Wine Country and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Larry Tristano. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof. The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other international copyright laws, and is the property of Larry Tristano. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Larry Tristano. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with FreePrivacyPolicy.com or purchasing our products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Larry Tristano. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

Right to suspend or cancel user account

You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

You agree to indemnify and hold Larry Tristano harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Larry Tristano assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
